Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on 4^th January 2012 after the Parish Council meeting in the Reading Room, Burton Bradstock.

Present: Cllrs. G.Moody, D.Batten, D.Dixon, K.Delves.

2. Declarations of Interest: There were no Declarations of Interest.

3. Minutes of the Planning Committee held on 7^th December 2011: The minutes were approved and signed as a true record by the Chairman.

4. Democratic Quarter Hour: There was no input under this item.

5. Planning:

Approval:

1/D/11/001589 – Chiltern, Shipton Lane. Single storey side extension incorporating existing garage & new conservatory.

1/D/11/001804 – Bridport & West Golf Club. Installation of freestanding photovoltaic arrays.

1/D/11/001484 – Bridport & West Golf Club. Installation of photovoltaic panels to roof of Greenkeeper’s workshop.

1/D/11/001590 – Hive Beach Café. Erect awning to external dining area (all year round).

Grant of Non Material Amendment:

1/D/11/000892 – The Forge, Southover.

Amendment:

1/D/11/001585 – 3 Beachcombers. West Bay. Erect garage & turning area with hard landscaping. The Committee considered the amended application and decided to make no further comment.

Consultation:

1/D/11/001861 – Graston Farm, Annings Lane. Ground mounted solar array & associated plant screening hedge. There were no objections. The Council supports the green energy generation in this application.

1/D/11/001936 – Graston Farm, Annings Lane. Construct pitched roof to existing 4 dormer windows on east roof slope. There were no objections.

Tree Approvals:

CA/11/00426 – Lynden, Annings Lane. To repollard 1 Willow to previous reduction points.

CA/11/00418 – 6 Norburton. Reduce in height 3 Sycamores to 6-8ft.
