The committee typically meet on a monthly basis to discuss planning related issues or as required to meet deadlines on planning consultations. All meetings are held in the Reading Room, dates and times are displayed (6 days in advance) on the notice board outside the Reading Room (alternatively for information you can call Fel Moore on 01308 459001 or 07833 366195). When site visits have been arranged the committee will meet at the designated time at the Reading Room prior to conducting the the visit. Members of the public are welcome to attend and will be given an opportunity to air their views on subjects under discussion.
